At Agoka Fashion, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
    • Tags and packaging must be intact.
    • Returns are not accepted for items marked as Final Sale, custom-stitched, or used/worn items.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
  • In case of damaged or wrong product delivery, please share images or videos within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the refund status.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI/Bank Transfer.

Exchanges

  • We allow exchanges for size issues within 7 days of delivery.
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our team with your order ID and the required size.
